Both sides have a raised lip to handle some juices and oil to fry in. It can be moved around easily by the two removable handles in three location points on the plate.
Directions for First Use:
- Conveniently pre-seasoned—simply wipe with a wet cloth and pat dry
- For super sizzling restaurant-style hot plate, preheat on high for at least 20 minutes
